At Chelsea Truck Company, we strive for complete satisfaction with your bespoke automotive parts and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original, resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective wrappings are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the return label to your package and send it back to our UK distribution center using a tracked and insured courier service.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
